Petit Pain is a small batch bakery run by two of us, Mark (Baker/Boyfriend) and Regina (Assistant/Girlfriend). We wish to reach out to the local community, making bread which is affordable for everyone without compromising quality and honouring tradition. Our breads are free of improvers, preservatives and artificial flavours. We believe that good bread should be kept as simple as possible; relying on good ingredients and techniques to bring out the best aroma and flavour. Aligning our value of honesty and simplicity in running our bakery as well as bread making, we want to create an intimate, welcoming experience for everyone whom walk through our doors.
